Summary: KNAPPERS HILL hasn’t really fired this year so far, with some decent runs but just not quite finishing off his races.
He is dropped 3 lbs and is now on a rating of 150, which will help as he takes a step up in trip here. He has previously won on good and soft ground, so conditions won’t be a problem.
Trainer, Paul Nicholls has an excellent record at Sandown and the yard have been in great form recently.
It looks like Knappers Hill will be the pace in the race, so if Harry Cobden can get him into a nice rhyeme, and he takes to the extra distance, then he will be hard to catch down the home straight.

Summary: ICEO seems to like it at Sandown, having finished first and second in his 2 previous races here – the last one in a Class 1.
He has been raised 6lbs for his win last time out, but drops in class here and won his race well – so I can’t see the extra weight will be stopping him running another decent race.
As like Knappers Hill, Paul Nicholls and Harry Cobden seem to do very well in these races at Sandown and look to have a few decent chances on the day.
The danger in the race for me, is actually his stablemate Samarrive but I prefer the jockey booking for Iceo in these sort of races and I’m hoping it is another winning run.
